What move-out cleaning costs in Las Vegas and Henderson
Our move-out cleaning starts at $190 for a studio. Real totals depend on bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition of the home and the extras you add. These are the totals Nevada customers paid, by home size:
| Home size | Median paid | Range paid | Jobs |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bedrooms | $460 | $400–$750 | 5 |
| 3 bedrooms | $520 | $384–$1,391 | 9 |
| 4 bedrooms | $734 | $562–$994 | 5 |
A 2-bedroom came to a median of $460 and a 3-bedroom to $520. Four-bedroom homes came to $734. The wide ranges come from extras and condition rather than ZIP code: a home with every appliance cleaned inside, carpets extracted and walls wiped costs far more than one handed back nearly empty and recently cleaned. Your own price is always confirmed in writing before you book.
Published starting prices
The published ranges below are the same in Nevada as everywhere we work. They describe the base clean for each home size; your total adds the extras you choose.
| Home size | Move-out clean | Deep clean |
|---|---|---|
| Studio | $190–$260 | $200–$220 |
| 1 bedroom | $210–$320 | $200–$260 |
| 2 bedrooms | $260–$380 | $220–$330 |
| 3 bedrooms | $320–$480 | $280–$420 |
| 4 bedrooms | $400–$600 | $350–$550 |
| 5 bedrooms | $500–$750 | $450–$700 |
A move-in clean starts at $180, a regular house cleaning visit at $160, and carpet cleaning at $45 a room. Recurring plans are 15 percent off weekly, 12 percent bi-weekly and 10 percent monthly, which is often the best answer to "las vegas house cleaning rates" once the move is done.
The extras Las Vegas movers add most
Out of 22 Nevada move jobs, 17 added appliances cleaned inside and out, 11 added deep carpet cleaning and 10 added walls and ceilings wiped. 4 added carpet on the stairs and landing. Those are also the areas a Las Vegas landlord’s move-out inspection looks at first.
| Extra | Published price | Why it matters at move-out |
|---|---|---|
| Inside oven | $60–$90 | Baked-on grease is one of the most common deductions |
| Inside fridge or freezer | $60–$90 | Spills, odor and ice-maker scale |
| Dishwasher | $40–$60 | Hard-water scale and food in the filter |
| Carpet, per room | $45–$70 | Desert dust and pet hair settle deep in the pile |
What Las Vegas landlords check at move-out
Nevada leases must include a signed record of the home’s inventory and condition at move-in (NRS 118A.200), and landlords compare the home with that record when you leave. Two local problems show up at almost every Las Vegas inspection: white hard-water scale and fine desert dust. Our checklist covers:
- Kitchen: inside the oven, fridge, microwave and cabinets, range hood degreased, sink and counters
- Bathrooms: shower glass and tile descaled, faucets and fixtures polished, toilets and vanities sanitized
- Window tracks and sliding-door tracks cleared of desert dust and grit
- Ceiling fans, AC vents and return grilles
- Baseboards, doors, frames and switches
- Closets, shelves and drawers wiped inside, floors vacuumed and mopped, patios swept

Apartments, condos and family homes
The Las Vegas valley has every kind of home, and each cleans differently. Apartments and condos near the Strip, in Paradise and Spring Valley, are quick to clean but often have more hard-water scale on small showers. Stucco family homes in Henderson, North Las Vegas and Summerlin have more bathrooms, stairs carpet, garages and patios. Newer homes in master-planned communities such as Anthem, Green Valley and Mountains Edge usually need less scrubbing, but larger windows and sliders mean more track and glass work.
Move-out, move-in or deep clean: which to book
The three services share most of a checklist, but each is built for a different moment. Move-out cleaning is for the home you are leaving and is planned around the landlord’s inspection, so it covers the inside of cabinets, closets and appliances while they are empty. Move-in cleaning is for the home you are entering; it sanitizes kitchens and bathrooms and wipes every shelf before your boxes block them. Deep cleaning is for a lived-in home that needs a reset with the furniture in place, for example before listing photos or guests.
Owners selling a home they have already moved out of can use a move-out clean as the pre-sale clean, because an empty home photographs best when every surface, track and fixture is clean. Landlords between tenants often book a move-out clean plus carpet cleaning in the same visit, so the home is ready to show the same week.
When to book
13 of our 22 Nevada move cleans fell between March and June, before the hottest weeks of summer. Book one to two weeks ahead in spring, and schedule the clean after the movers leave and before the walk-through. In July and August, early morning slots are the most comfortable for everyone, especially if the AC has been switched off in an empty home.
How to keep the price down
- Empty the home completely before the cleaners arrive, including the garage and patio
- Keep the AC running until the clean is done; a hot, closed home is slower to clean
- Defrost and empty the fridge the day before
- Send photos with the quote request so the price is confirmed first
- Combine move-out and carpet cleaning in one visit while rooms are empty
- Point out problem areas in advance: heavy grease, thick scale or pet hair
How a quote is built
We ask for bedrooms, bathrooms, the type of home, its condition and the extras you want, plus photos if you have them. That gives a written price before anything is booked. If the home turns out to need much more than the quote described, the team calls before doing extra work, and nothing is added without your agreement.
What the base clean includes
Every move-out clean includes kitchens and bathrooms top to bottom, dusting of every reachable surface, baseboards, doors and switches, mirrors and interior glass, and all floors vacuumed and mopped. Supplies and equipment come with the team. Inside the oven and fridge, walls, carpets and exterior windows are the extras that change the price, so choose the ones your landlord will check. If anything on the checklist is missed, tell us within 36 hours and we come back to put it right.
