What happens on a visit
Agree the scope
Show us the room, closet or storage area and describe what you want to use it for. We agree on what fits in the visit before starting.
Sort with you
Work through belongings by category. You decide what to keep, set aside, donate or discard; private and sentimental items are not moved without your agreement.
Arrange and review
Put kept items where they are useful, then walk through the result together. Storage purchases and off-site disposal are not assumed to be part of the visit.
Price and scope
From $160 per visit is the published starting rate, not a fixed price for every home.

Organizing is not a deep clean, licensed waste haul, biohazard work or structural repair. For substantial accumulation or unsafe conditions, see heavy-duty cleaning; for built-up dirt, see deep cleaning.

What does organizing and decluttering include?
We agree on a room or storage area, sort items with you, group what stays and arrange it so you can find and use it. Decisions about personal belongings remain yours.
Will you throw away my belongings?
Not without your approval. We separate undecided items for you to review and agree what should be donated or discarded before anything leaves its place.
Is this the same as a deep clean or hoarder cleaning?
No. Organizing focuses on sorting and arranging everyday belongings. Deep cleaning targets dirt and buildup; heavy-duty hoarder cleaning is for substantially affected spaces and may need separate removal or specialist work.
How much does a visit cost?
The published starting rate is shown above. The final price depends on the rooms and work agreed and is confirmed before a visit is booked.
Do I need to be there?
For sorting, it helps to be available to decide what to keep. You can identify a decision-maker in advance if someone else is coordinating the visit.
