Move-out cleaning

Move-out & move-in cleaning in Nashua, Salem and the Seacoast

Our move out cleaning starts at $190 for a small apartment and is priced by bedrooms, bathrooms, condition and extras, confirmed in writing before you book. The checklist covers inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, bathrooms, baseboards, window tracks and floors; move in cleaning uses the same list before your boxes arrive.

New Hampshire deposit rules: a deposit can’t be more than one month’s rent or $100, whichever is greater, and the landlord has 30 days after you move out to return it or send an itemized list of deductions with receipts or estimates. You have five days after moving in to give the landlord a written list of existing damage. Check the current statute. Read our New Hampshire deposit guide.

Deep cleaning

Deep cleaning after mud season and woodstove winters

A deep cleaning starts at $200 and reaches what a regular visit skips: vents, baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, grout, window tracks and, if you add it, the inside of the oven and fridge.

New Hampshire homes collect their own mix: woodstove and pellet-stove ash on shelves and sills, sand and salt from winter roads, mud tracked in all spring and orange iron stains from well water in sinks and toilets. A deep cleaning service in April or May resets the house for summer.

Vacation rentals

Lake house, beach and ski condo turnovers

Rental turnover cleaning starts at $90 a turnover and is timed between check-out and check-in, with linens, bathrooms, a kitchen reset and restocking in one visit, plus a photo report for the host.

We cover lake houses around Wolfeboro and Ossipee, condos and cottages near Conway and the ski areas of the Mount Washington Valley, and summer rentals near Hampton Beach. Check your town’s short-term rental rules before listing; New Hampshire also taxes short-term stays under the meals and rooms tax.

Carpet & upholstery

Carpet and upholstery cleaning after the salt and sand season

Hot-water extraction (steam cleaning) starts at $45 a room and lifts sand, road-salt residue, mud and pet hair from carpets, stair runners, rugs and sofas.

Carpet cleaning is offered in every New Hampshire town we cover, from Nashua and Salem to Portsmouth, Dover and Conway. Book it once mud season is over, or with a move-out clean while the rooms are empty.

Local know-how

Cleaning for mud season, woodstoves and well water

New Hampshire winters bring sand, salt and woodstove ash into the house, and March and April bring mud season, when every driveway and trail tracks in. Many homes outside the cities run on private wells, so iron and mineral stains in sinks, tubs and toilets are a regular job.

Along the Seacoast, salt air films windows and outdoor furniture; around the lakes and in the Mount Washington Valley, second homes need opening, closing and turnover cleans. Book spring deep cleans and summer turnovers a week or two ahead.

Great job. I’m just moving in after some construction in my upstairs. Every room looked great and felt fresh to walk in to.
CphmailTrustpilot · October 2026
I was convinced I’d have to replace the rug in my high-traffic hallway, but their carpet cleaning service worked wonders. They managed to lift stains that had been there for a year. … The fibers look plush again and the whole room feels rejuvenated.
