Booked on its own or added to another visit, appliance cleaning is priced per unit because the work per unit barely changes with the size of the home.
- Oven cleaning — racks, shelves, trays and the door glass taken apart and soaked, cavity treated, seals and controls wiped. A double oven is two units.
- Refrigerator cleaning — shelves and drawers out and washed, cavity sanitized, door seals scrubbed, condenser coils and drip tray checked, freezer defrosted where needed.
- Dishwasher cleaning — filter, spray arms and drain cleared, seals descaled, service cycle run.
- Range hood hood and filter cleaning — grease filters degreased or replaced, canopy and ducting face cleaned.
- Microwave, washer and dryer — cavity and turntable, drum and detergent drawer descaled, dryer lint path cleared.
Commercial kitchens are quoted separately — volume, ducting and scheduled visits make it a different job from a domestic oven clean.
Bundle it. Appliance work is usually added to deep cleaning, to a move-out cleaning where a filthy oven is the classic deposit deduction, or to a recurring house cleaning visit once or twice a year. Ovens after a renovation belong in the post construction clean.
