Recurring visits reduce the per-visit price: weekly and bi-weekly schedules are discounted against the one-off rate because the home never returns to a full-scrub state between visits. Add-ons such as inside-oven, inside-fridge and interior windows are priced separately and are the most common reason a first quote sits above what someone expected.
Desert dust and hard water: what actually needs cleaning in Nevada
Two things dominate a Nevada home. The first is dust. Fine desert particulate rides in on every open door and settles on horizontal surfaces within days, and it works into window tracks, sliding-door channels and air-conditioning returns faster than in any humid state. The second is water hardness. Southern Nevada draws Colorado River water that leaves visible scale on faucets, glass shower doors and stainless steel in a matter of weeks, and untreated scale becomes etching that no clean will lift. Summer heat runs air conditioning for months on end, loading filters and returns, and the monsoon weeks in late summer turn dust into streaked windows overnight. Frequent light visits beat occasional heavy ones here more than anywhere else on our map.

Minimum wage and what it does to Nevada cleaning rates
Nevada's minimum wage is $12.00 an hour statewide after the state moved to a single tier. It sits mid-table nationally, but the Las Vegas labor market is the real pressure: casinos, resorts and property managers hire from exactly the same pool as residential cleaning, and turnover crews command more than the floor because the work is unsociable and time-boxed. Our pricing is national and flat regardless. What it means locally is that a same-day turnover quote at the very bottom of the market is usually a solo operator with no backup, and in a rental business a no-show costs more than the clean did.
Deposits and move-out cleaning in Nevada
A Nevada landlord must provide an itemized written accounting and return the remaining deposit no later than 30 days after the tenancy ends. Deposits, including any last month's rent held, are capped at three months' rent. That deadline is set by NRS 118A.242, and it is worth knowing before you decide how much to spend on a move-out clean: a documented professional clean with dated photographs is the cheapest available answer to an itemized deduction.
