Welcome to Hello Cleaners LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, submitting a booking, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all services provided nationwide within the United States.

2. Marketplace Model & Responsibilities

Hello Cleaners LLC operates a professional cleaning services marketplace connecting customers with vetted, independent cleaning professionals.

We manage, coordinate, and support the service process from booking to completion.

3. Bookings & Service Process

By placing a booking, you authorize Hello Cleaners LLC to assign a suitable cleaning professional or team.

4. Payments & Charges

Payment is required before service unless otherwise stated. Secure online card payments are processed via Stripe.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations are governed by our official Cancellation Policy.

6. Access Requirements

Safe and unobstructed access must be provided. Failure to provide access will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

7. Service Standards & Satisfaction Guarantee

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Where appropriate, a free re-clean may be offered.

8. Damage, Liability & Insurance

Claims must be reported within 24 hours and supported with evidence.

9. Customer Responsibilities & Prohibited Actions

  • No abusive or unsafe behavior
  • No off-platform solicitation of cleaners

10. Data, Privacy, Cookies & SMS Communications

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

SMS Communications & Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS via our web forms, booking system, or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Hello Cleaners LLC.

Program Description: SMS messages are used to provide customer care, service updates, booking confirmations, invoices, and service reminders.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out Instructions (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Customer Support (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@hellocleaners.us or (307) 265-5458.

Third-Party Data Sharing Disclosure:
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Residents of certain US states may have additional consumer or privacy rights under applicable laws.

12. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or policy violations.
