Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change. To remain fair to both our customers and our service providers, the following terms apply:
1. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation (24+ Hours Notice)
You may cancel your appointment at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Late Cancellation Fee (Less Than 24 Hours Notice)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a 15% fee. This fee helps cover administrative, labor-planning, and scheduling costs already incurred.
2. Non-Refundable Cost Recovery (When Applicable)
A 30% fee may apply only if we have incurred significant non-refundable expenses on your behalf, such as:
- Subcontractor or specialist scheduling fees
- Prepaid or custom-ordered supplies
- Non-recoverable travel or labor commitments
These charges are applied transparently and only when such costs can be documented.
3. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to adjust your appointment, we strive to accommodate your request as smoothly as possible:
Free Rescheduling (24+ Hours Notice)
Rescheduling is free when requested 24 hours or more before your appointment.
Late Rescheduling Fee (Less Than 24 Hours Notice)
A 10% rescheduling fee applies when changes are requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. This fee helps cover administrative adjustments and staffing accommodations.
4. On-Site Rescheduling
If a rescheduling request is made after our team has already arrived at the service location, the full service fee will apply.
This accounts for travel time, labor allocation, and operational readiness.
