Hello Cleaners now works with more than 500 active cleaning teams across the 23 states we cover. That number is the single most useful thing we can tell you about what happens after you request a quote, because it decides how quickly someone can be at your door, how many date options you get, and whether a last-minute cancellation leaves you stuck.
This is an announcement, but it is also a straight explanation of what a network that size does and does not mean for a customer.
What "500+ active teams" actually counts
Active means a team that has passed vetting, carries insurance and has accepted work through us recently — not a directory listing, and not everyone who has ever applied. Teams range from two-person owner-operated businesses to established local companies running several vans. Most of the network is small and local, which is deliberate: a team that already works a single metro knows its buildings, its parking, its stair access and its typical property types.
The count is stored as one figure in our site settings and rendered everywhere it appears, so the number you see in the footer, on a city page and in this article is always the same number.
Why the number matters to you
- Date choice. More teams in a metro means more of the slots people actually want — early mornings, Saturdays, and the end-of-month crush when leases turn over.
- Cover for cancellations. If a team has a van off the road, depth in the same area is what turns a cancelled job into a reschedule the same week rather than a dead end.
- Right team for the job. Move-out, carpet, pressure washing and Airbnb turnovers need different equipment. A wider bench means the job goes to someone who does that work regularly.
- Honest coverage answers. Where we are thin, we say so and tell you what we can staff, instead of taking a booking we cannot fill.
How teams get into the network
Every team is background-checked and insured before they take work. Most teams arrive fully equipped with their own supplies — confirmed when you book. After that, teams stay in the network on performance: completed jobs, re-clean rate, punctuality and how they handle the rare job that goes wrong. Teams that drift on those measures get less work, and then none.
Our 24-hour guarantee sits behind all of it. If something is missed, tell us within 24 hours and the area is re-cleaned free.
Where the 500 sit
The network spans the 23 states we cover, weighted towards the metros where demand is heaviest. Coverage is deepest in dense suburban and metro areas, and thinner in rural counties, where we will often cover one-off and recurring home cleaning but schedule recurring housekeeping from our major-city teams. Every location page on this site reflects what we can actually staff in that area rather than a blanket claim.
What we are not claiming
We are not claiming instant availability everywhere, and we are not claiming the same depth in every county. Five hundred teams across 23 states is a real network, not universal same-day cover. The useful test is the quote: tell us the address, the service and the dates, and you get a real answer about what can be staffed rather than a marketing promise.
What happens next
We keep adding teams where the wait for a date is longest, and we keep the figure on the site current rather than rounding it up and leaving it. If you want to see what that looks like for your address, request a free, no-obligation quote and we will come back with dates and a price.
