What does it cost and how long does it take?+
By the area cleaned, from the published starting price on the national pressure washing page. A driveway and path is commonly a half day; a driveway, patio and the accessible elevations of a house is a full day. The figure comes before the crew is booked, and if the surface turns out to need more passes than expected we tell you before doing them, not after.
Will the pressure damage the surface?+
It can, which is why the pressure and nozzle are set to the surface rather than turned up. Old pointing, soft brick, painted timber, render and roof tiles are handled at low pressure or with a soft-wash method, and if a surface is already failing we tell you it should not be washed at all. We do not pressure wash roofs to remove moss where the tiles will not take it.
Do you need our water and power?+
An outside faucet and an outdoor outlet, yes — say in the booking if you have neither and we confirm whether the crew can bring supply. Cars, patio furniture and anything on the driveway need moving beforehand, and we ask that windows on the wall being washed are closed.
What is the housing like in Roselle Park?+
Census figures for Union County city-wide count 5,408 occupied housing units by tenure — 3,194 owner occupied and 2,214 renter occupied (US Census Bureau ACS 5-Year 2024 (2020-2024), Table B25003; US Census Bureau ACS 5-Year 2024 (2020-2024), Table B25032). That mix is what the estimate is built from: the price follows the property in front of us, and you get it before anything is booked.
Where do I find what is included, step by step?+
On the national pressure washing page — it carries the checklist, the timings and the published starting price, so it is maintained in one place rather than reworded on every local page.
