Pressure washing in Granville.

Being a picturesque New England–style village of about 5,800 in Licking County, Granville carries the kind of established exteriors that benefit most from a careful, surface-matched wash. Across roughly 2,005 housing units, 78% of Granville’s homes are detached single-family houses — each one with siding, soffits, gutters, a driveway, and often a deck or patio that collects the dirt, algae, and mildew our climate produces. With a median resident age around 28, many Granville households are at the stage of life where protecting and maintaining a home is a priority, and a yearly wash is one of the simplest ways to do it. The numbers above explain why exterior cleaning is such a steady need across Granville: a large, aging, detached-home stock exposed to Central Ohio’s full range of weather.
