Cleaning Job Application — Apply Once, Get Matched to Contracts Near You
One application covers every service and every city we operate in. It takes about ten minutes, costs nothing, and there are no lead fees. You tell us the zip codes you will drive to and what you are qualified to do; we match you against contracts already posted there.
All work is contract work. You set your rates, choose your jobs and run your own business.
What the application asks for
Name and contact
How we reach you about matched contracts. A phone number you answer during the day moves things fastest.
City and service area
The zip codes you will actually travel to. Draw it honestly — a wide box looks good and then costs you an hour of unpaid driving a day.
Experience
Years cleaning, and the service types you take: standard, deep, move-out, turnover, commercial, post-construction, carpet, pressure washing.
Availability
Days and hours, and whether you can take same-day work. Weekend and same-day availability is the scarcest thing on the platform.
Transport
Whether you have a vehicle and can carry your own equipment. It decides which contracts you can realistically be matched to.
Background-check consent
Customers hand over keys and door codes, so consent is part of applying. Checks run through a third-party provider and the scope depends on your state.
Apply now
Free to apply. No subscription, no lead fees, no obligation to accept any job you are matched to.
What happens next
We check the details
Service area, service types and availability, plus the background check where your state requires one.
You get matched
Contracts already posted in your zip codes, with the payout shown before you accept anything.
You accept what fits
Nothing is assigned. Take the jobs that suit your calendar and your rates and leave the rest.
You build repeats
Weekly and biweekly customers who rebook the same crew are what turns matched jobs into a contract book.
Application FAQs
How long does a cleaning job application take?
About ten minutes. You give your contact details, the city and zip codes you cover, your experience, your availability, whether you have transport and your consent to a background check. There is nothing to upload and no interview to schedule before you apply.
Do I need experience to apply?
Paid experience helps and gets you matched faster, but the application asks for it rather than requires it. What is not optional is reliability, your own transport or a workable route to jobs, and the ability to invoice as an independent contractor.
What happens after I submit the application?
We check the details, confirm your service area and match you against contracts already posted near those zip codes. You then see the jobs with the payout attached and accept the ones that fit. Nobody assigns you work you have not agreed to.
Is a background check required?
Consent to one is part of the application, because customers are handing over keys and door codes. Checks are run through a third-party provider and the scope depends on your state.
Is this employment or contract work?
Contract work. You are an independent contractor: you set your rates, choose your service area, accept the jobs you want and handle your own taxes and insurance.
Can I apply if I already run a cleaning company?
Yes, and crews are welcome. Apply once as the business, list your service types and your coverage, and take multiple simultaneous contracts to assign internally.
